Day 13 (I'm just skipping day 12 because it was baaaaad) Now I'm back on track! From now on I will ask myself, Is this choice Life Affirming? After dinner snack...no. Brie? Yummy, but no. That last glass of wine always seems like a good idea at the time...no!
We are human, fallible and must be forgiving of ourselves then get right back with the program the very next day.

Just be sure to pick images that are attainable, uplifting and suit your body type. And don't you dare taunt yourself with those miserable 'thinspo' pictures. That's just mean and I won't have you being mean to yourself.

Day 9: The big revelation today is about not snacking late at night. Once one completes supper one is DONE. It is yet another bete noir for me; post-prandial snacking. Oh, that devil Brie which calls me with such fulsome, creamy deliciousness. No more. From now on when we finish our final meal we will resist the siren song of continued snacking. Pinky Promise!

Day 6: No PMS-induced dieting train wreck is ever so bad that you can't fix it the very next day! Getting back on track and re-calibrating those taste buds is key. A brief fast stimulates your body to really pay attention to what good fuel/food should taste like. Break the fast with veggies not cookies. However, due to said setback the ISDWC may be extended a couple of days :)

Yummy drink tip--get the drink mix tubes from benefiber. I love the kiwi/strawberry flavor. Make some green tea, mix in the drink mix & pour over ice. It's EXCELLENT! Also low/no cal & filling. It's also good with a little vodka, if you're so? inclined.

Yes its like after you get off the diet its a process to really get back on track as i am writing this my family is feasting on cinnamon buns and potatos for breakfast and i am in my room? resisting the temptation lol In college i could only eat what i brought into the apartment and i only bought healthy food but now that im home there so much access to junk! what i do to get back on track is workout in the morning then have oatmeal once you workout you usually dont wanna ruin it with junk food

I love the hair. You look gorgeous!! Thanks for the honesty it helps soo much. You are human like the rest of us. Yesterday I so wanted cake. I didn't have any BUT ate? too much of everything else . I need to eat more veg but am lazy with the prepping. Need to have those celery sticks on stand by. I need to leave myself notes on the fridge or in the fridge. I feel the exact same way! At college my weight was more controlled because you had to make an effort to go get food...an effort I was not always willing to make. At home, I have such easy access to food and I overeat. I feel like I am gaining? weight and I need to have more discipline. Once I get on track, I stay on track. But I am finding it so hard to get on track.

yea i went off track a few days ago. when im enjoying the food its great but the next day puffiness and bloating isnt so much fun lol, but its usually all the more motivation i need to get back on track and stay on track! being back home from college i? have more access to junk food since thats all the food my family eats. I need will power to stay away from it
