Also never use anything above 20 vol with toner, you arent suposed to. Let your hair relax and try toning it again or putting a SEMI permenant ash or natural base colour on top to help tone it if toner doesnt work. x good luck You need to tone it ... WELLA Ivory lady, becuase you have yellow AND orange in your hair in it helps combat both. Alternetly you can get a toning shampoo like shimmer lights (sold at beauty supply shops as well), or any purple shampoo in a drug store. It is purple, dont freak out, shampoo a lot into your hair and leave it for a good 15 mins then rinse, this will help remove yellow/brassy colors as well. You can't go ... Most people can live their lives with them but sometime they need to be removed.
