when i do this exercise I get wrinkles on my forehead where there were none before, as when I push up my eyebrows it forms a pocket? of skin right above (you can see this effect slightly when she does it in the video only mine is larger because my eyebrows are more pronounced). I found that if I lift only very slightly it does not wrinkle. Will this exercise still work if I lift only very slightly?

I stumbled on this vid because I sometimes look for extra exercises to supplement with (variation? for muscles is good) and I have to say, for all the skeptics out there, facial exercises absolutely work! I began doing them last year, a month after my 40th bday. A couple months later a definite difference was seen especially in photos. Been doing them a year now. People are shocked when I tell them I have a 20-yr-old son. I get hit on by 25 yr-olds because they think i'm only like 30! HA!

Too much too soon...We are strength building small muscles with deliberate anchoring and gentle resistance. Use all eighteen exercises for the best results; the process takes only minutes each day for the nine week training. Each exercise requires 35 seconds -- five seconds for the first contraction, then ten seconds for the next? three repetitions. Close your eyes at the 7th second. Seconds for each exercise, not minutes...

This exercise works but sadly its not perment. i did this excerise once everyday for month i do see a difference but the eyelift is only temperary & lasts a few minutes...but this helps better if you are penciling? your eyebrows. your skin is lifted to see your nautral eyebrow arch so youll know where to pencil them in.

Cynthia. I agree that intense facial resistance exercise is the key to restoring a youthful looking face. But, besides emphasizing the LIFTING effect, you should also talk about the VOLUMIZING effect. A youthful face has much more VOLUME than an aging face... which actually shrinks due to the loss of muscle mass, fat and collagen. Look at a young woman's face and with the bulging cheekbones! Intense facial exercise? not only plumps up the muscles, but the lactic acid stimulates COLLAGEN growth.

hey,,, i did for a long perriod. I mean when ever u have time do it for 5 minutes. I know when ever i was free I was doing my double chin thing and also? I did lost weight and cutted sugar in my diet. becuz i have a round face. I will tell do it for a week and uw ill c an improvement; give it a try...

Jackie appears to had a face lift also , I may be wrong but facial exercises do work but not on really saggy muscles . People over 45 years old to get a better face need a face lift first , then after the surgery need to wear 30plus sunscreen everyday without miss and then need facial exercises to keep the skin firm? .Sustained sun exposure does more damage to face than any thing else .
