So this is my video on Apple Cider Vinegar. I was surprised to find that it had so many "healing" qualities. If you want more info check out www.apple-cider-vine gar-benefits.com. It apparantly has a LOT more uses than just what I talked about in this video. But if I talked about everything I would have like 2 hours worth of video!! lol.

you should never have used apple cider vinegar, or any acidic foods at full strength. you should dilute it always! if you konw that Bragg has the best kind, you will notice how importent it is to actually read the labels, or go look up the websites, go do some learnin, and? see that the Mother, the bacteria fungal acid juice, is actually very VERY good for you. acid is always great for health, just sometimes there needs to be water dilution, but sometimes, like in fruits, it already is diluted!

That was a good video. Very well spoken. I agree with the one on raw apple cider vinager from Bragg. You can put 1 TBSP of the raw acv, 1 tbsp of locally grown honey, 8 oz of filtered or distilled (preferred) and drink up. The honey is loaded with enzymes and help make it more paletable. This also may help those with high cholesterol. Best at night? before bed.

You should NOT use ACV that has been processed, rather a raw, unfiltered, un-processed ACV that has the "mother" in it. Read up on it some more & yes it is good for a host of different things, from removing toxins in the body, breaking down fat cells and many more to mention. I've been taking it for 3 years now & have been sick one time in 3 years. I would personally recommend is Bragg. You can find it much cheaper at your local? supermarket in the Organic food section. Good luck!
