im not trying to be another fitness crazy expert guru on youtube, but I am certified, and like I said someone's physique comes down to their genetics.? Arnold spent 5-6 hours in the gym and was using gear. He did plenty of deadlifting and squating that worked his abs much more than any ab workout did. support 400-600 pounds on top of your neck is much more difficult on your core than lifting your legs up and down.

i know loads of competetive bodybuilders using roids and? quite a lot of them are police,they dont seem to care about steroids as much as people think,they are more interested in heroin and cocaine and even weed lol but still 300 ml is enough for ten men to do a cycle ,its over half a pint :)

compound exercises like squats and deadlifts work your abs much more than 'ab exercises' like crunches etc. essentially anyones phyique comes down to their genetics, arnolds ab genetics? were semi-god tier.

they are legal in uk as well where im from ,you can have as much as you want but it is illegal to sell them,they are pretty much easy to get but its a problem looking for a reliable constant source,ive been 3 weeks through a cycle and then i had to stop the cycle coz i couldnt find more ,prices are going up now too ,i remember? paying half the price people pay now,its getting mad,i dont know much about mexico,only that the place is amazing and the people are bang on great people :)
